Dr Abdul Gaffar
Principle Dental Surgeon
Dr. Gaffar completed his Bachelor of Dental Science in New Zealand at Otago University before moving to Australia. In 2002, he opened Bonnyrigg Dental Surgery and relocated to a nearby larger property in 2012. He has a passion for surgical wisdom extractions and particularly complex cases. Dr Gaffar can speak Hindi.
Dr Maliha Pradhan
Dental Surgeon
Dr. Pradhan completed a Bachelor of Medical Science (Pharmacology) at the University of New South Wales, where she then continued with a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Melbourne. She has gained experience in rural Victoria, working with Indigenous Australian communities and has also spent time volunteering in Cambodia, providing dental treatment and oral health promotion to children. Dr Pradhan is also able to speak Bengali.

Dr Harsha Chugh
Dental Surgeon
Dr. Chugh graduated from the University of Adelaide with a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry (Honours). She has an empathetic and caring nature, and is passionate about empowering patients to maximise their oral health outcomes. Her experience involves provision of a variety of dental services across South Australia, the ACT and NSW; she has also volunteered in Vietnam to provide dental care to young children, war veterans and those affected with disability. Dr. Chugh can also speak Hindi.

Shida Taheri
Oral Health Therapist
Shida has been a part of our team for over 12 years, she worked as a dental assistant at Bonnyrigg Dental Surgery whilst studying a Bachelor of Oral Health – Dental Hygiene and since finishing, she has been our much loved dental hygienist. She continued her studies as an Oral Heath Therapist with a passion for providing treatment to children with her vibrant and caring nature. Shida can also speak Farsi (Persian).

Dr Brian Tran
Dental Surgeon
Dr. Tran completed a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and continued with a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry at Griffith University. He has developed his experience by working in regional Queensland, providing gentle oral health care to patients. Dr Tran can speak Vietnamese and regularly attends professional development courses to keep up to date with the rapidly changing world of modern Dentistry.
